This is our third car that we have bought from here. I had already put a deposit down with another Trader but then realised that Automatic Cars also had one although it was a year older. Went along and as always the service you receive is above and beyond expectations and was also made a higher offer for trading in my car. Was told I could have taken it away that day if I needed to but asked if I could collect it a week later which was not a problem. Then on the day of collection they rang me to advise that they had noticed a scratch on the wheel so had arranged for it to be fixed, I don't think many Traders would have gone to that length but they went that extra mile. Really appreciated so thank you.

I found them to be a genuine honest dealer. I had a car to trade in so I sent them the online auto trader valuation on my car which they agreed, which relieved me of having to deal with tyre kickers for slightly more money. Due to my circumstances I was unable to view the vehicle but all information confirming its history etc was forwarded and the online photos were fantastic as to its condition. As I was not a million miles away so Tom agreed to bring the car over for a viewing and a test drive, viewing my trade in at the same time, all under no pressure. Needless to say the deal was done along with Tom dealing with all the paperwork for the change over, tax etc along with answering all my questions. On my experience I would have no problem recommending them for a great vehicle and one of the smoothest transactions I have had. 10/10.

Contacted them on the Friday to show interest in the car and arranged test drive etc for the next day. Car was MOT'd and ready when we arrived and within an hour or so we were driving away in it. The offer for part exchange has always been very competitive and the quality of the vehicle purchased was as usual 1st class. All cars come serviced taxed and with a years MOT and was ready in days instead of the normal weeks you would wait at another dealer. I would definitely recommend them for a car purchase.
