I needed a WAV to transport my young grandson who was getting taller quickly. II found the advert for what seemed the perfect vehicle. We viewed it on the Sunday. Tom took the trouble to make the vehicle accessible and showed it to us. I later sent him an email to say we were interested and I test drove it on Wednesday. I now have the vehicle (Thursday)... fantastic. Everything was made so simple to complete the part exchange of my current vehicle for this one. Tom was a great non-pushy sales person and it was a pleasure to have done this business with him. Thank you sooo much.
