He had a huge selection of cars and we found the right one within price range. The process of purchase was well communicated by Tom and he stayed in touch to update me. He had already ordered a replacement for a cosmetic part of the vehicle and will provide a courtesy car when the part comes in to replace it.

Tom was incredibly helpful from my first phone call, for example explaining how to get to the dealership by public transport. The car is an automatic, which I hadn’t driven for a number of years. Tom took me on a good test drive so that I could be confident driving the car. There was no pressure to buy, and I was able to ask the questions that I had. The car itself is perfect- exactly as described and after a week of driving it I am even more impressed with the car. Overall I am very pleased with the car, and the helpful service provided by Tom. I would happily buy a car from this dealer again.
